Care, Care+, and Grow are billed monthly at the rate you locked in. The longer the term you pick, the lower your monthly rate. We can't raise it mid-term, even if we raise prices for new customers. If you cancel before your term ends, your final invoice covers the remaining months at that same locked rate — never higher. Your domain and all content belong to you regardless.
No. The Build covers everything for launch. Care, Care+, or Grow starts the month after your site goes live.
Yes. Move up or down whenever. We prorate the switch and start the new tier at the next billing cycle. No penalties, no fees.
For simple stores (10–50 products), yes — we'll quote it as an add-on. For full large-scale stores, we'll honestly refer you to a specialist who can do it better.
The standard Build is split into a downpayment and a launch payment. We can split it further if that helps — just ask before you start.
