What counts as a "capability"?

Bookings and reservations, ecommerce and gift cards, member logins with dashboards, staff scheduling, gallery systems with categories, blog engines with search, customer portals, forms with conditional logic. Anything more than static content. The exact list gets scoped during your Build to what your business actually needs, so you're not paying for what you don't use.

How does the section selector work?

Every section your designer scoped into your site (hero, menu, booking widget, gallery, testimonials, hours, contact) has an on/off switch in your dashboard. Toggle a section off, it's hidden from public view instantly. Toggle it on, it's live. Great for seasonal menus, temporary promotions, or trying something new.

What does "priority support" actually mean?

Your emails jump ahead of the general queue. Business hours (Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm Pacific), same-day reply, usually within a few hours. Not a tier-1 bot, not a ticket portal. Just your designer, prioritizing you.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled within 30 days of billing for a full refund. After that, you keep the plan until renewal. Domain and content always belong to you.

How is Care+ different from Run+?

Run+ ($29/mo annual) is the plan for owners running lean with a real site, a real editor, and a designer safety net.
