Acceptable Use Policy.

§ 1Who this applies to

This Policy applies to every Plaza Sites and Plaza Cards account, user, administrator, public page, uploaded file, integration, and use of Plaza infrastructure. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. You are also responsible for use by employees, contractors, invited users, and anyone acting through your account.

§ 2Illegal and rights-violating use

You may not use Plaza to create, upload, publish, promote, sell, request, or facilitate:

• Activity or content that violates applicable law, court order, sanctions, or another binding legal obligation.
• Copyright, trademark, trade-secret, patent, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights violations.
• Child sexual-abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking, or credible threats of violence.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, counterfeit goods, stolen property, money laundering, or knowingly false claims designed to obtain money or sensitive information.
• Unlawful discrimination, harassment, stalking, doxxing, or publication of personal information without a lawful basis.

§ 3Security and platform abuse

You may not distribute malware or credential-harvesting pages; bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or security measures; access another account or data without permission; interfere with service availability; scrape or spam Plaza or its users; or upload files known to be malicious or intentionally misleading about their type.

§ 4Messaging, privacy, and data collection

You may not send unlawful or unsolicited bulk messages, use deceptive sender information, or collect personal information without appropriate notice, authority, and consent. You must protect information collected through your site, limit access to people with a legitimate need, and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, accessibility, and recordkeeping laws.

Do not use Plaza to collect Social Security numbers, complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, protected health information, precise biometric identifiers, or similarly sensitive information unless Plaza has expressly approved the use in writing and appropriate safeguards and agreements are in place. Payments must use an approved payment provider such as Stripe.

§ 5High-risk and regulated activity

You are responsible for licenses, disclosures, age controls, professional requirements, and other rules governing your business. Plaza may require additional review or decline uses involving weapons, controlled substances, gambling, financial products, healthcare, adult services, political fundraising, or other heavily regulated or elevated-risk activity. Approval to use Plaza does not mean Plaza has verified your compliance.

§ 6Authenticity and fair use

Do not misrepresent identity, affiliation, location, qualifications, endorsements, reviews, availability, pricing, or business status. Do not use another person's name, image, logo, or brand in a way likely to deceive. Free accounts, referrals, promotions, and plan limits may not be manipulated through duplicate identities, self-referrals, automated signups, or coordinated abuse.

§ 7Enforcement

Plaza may investigate suspected violations and request information reasonably needed to assess them. Depending on severity and urgency, Plaza may warn you, reject an upload, restrict visibility or features, remove or preserve content, suspend an account, terminate service, reverse credits, notify affected parties, or report suspected unlawful conduct. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, protect systems, preserve evidence, comply with law, or respond to a valid rights complaint.

We consider context, severity, repetition, intent, risk, and cooperation. We may restore access when a concern is resolved, but are not required to host content or activity that creates legal, security, or operational risk.

§ 8Reporting concerns

Report abuse or safety concerns to [email protected]. Copyright notices should follow the process in our DMCA Policy. Include the relevant URL, a clear description, supporting evidence, and your contact information. Knowingly false reports may violate this Policy or applicable law.
