Pay Monday, online by Friday. Most builds go from kickoff to live in five business days because we build a lot of small-business sites and the process is repeatable, not custom-built from scratch every time.
You'll get a staging link to review before launch, and we handle revisions before we go live, not after.

Website builds start at $149.99. Because scope varies, you see the complete written quote before you pay.
Run+, Care+, and Grow are available monthly at $24.99, $59.99, and $179.99, or annually at lower effective monthly rates currently shown on the pricing page. The checkout states the exact renewal amount and interval before purchase.
For the first 100 eligible customers, the Plaza Sites launch offer provides 35% off the build plus your first month free on a monthly plan, or 35% off the first three months' equivalent price when paying annually.
Eligible migrations are included. The exact launch discount is shown in your quote or checkout before you pay.
If you want a written quote after your consultation, we'll have it in your inbox within 24 hours of the call ending. Full breakdown: your build price, your plan recommendation with numbers, any add-ons that make sense, and the launch-offer math applied.
It's opt-in. Not every call needs a quote (some are just fit checks), so ask for one if you want it and we'll send it. If you don't ask, we won't spam you.
You have two options. We can rebuild it from scratch, or we can take over hosting and care for your existing site under a Plaza plan.
The launch offer applies to migrations, so switching to Plaza doesn't cost you the discount.
Monthly plans renew one month at a time and can be cancelled before the next renewal. The current paid month is non-refundable, and service continues through its end.
Annual plans are prepaid for one year at a lower effective monthly rate. You may cancel for a full refund within 30 days after the annual charge. After 30 days, cancellation stops the next annual renewal and service continues through the paid year.
No. Your build price and your plan price are exactly what you pay. The only outside cost is your domain name, usually $10 to $15 a year, paid directly to a registrar. We help you set it up and we don't mark it up.
If you're on an ecommerce plan, Stripe's own 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction applies on top of your platform fee, but that's Stripe's cut, not ours.
Yes. Ecommerce site builds start at $149 and are priced on request depending on catalog size and complexity. Every ecommerce plan includes Care+ features at no extra charge.
Platform fees range from 2.9% at Starter ($8/mo) down to 0.5% at Executive ($200/mo). Stripe's 2.9% + 30¢ applies on top. First 100 ecommerce accounts get 1% off their platform fee for three months.
Run+ is $24.99 per month, or $19.99 per month when billed annually. It keeps your site live and healthy with SSL, hosting, backups, monitoring, and a basic editor.
It also includes one quarterly refresh of text, photos, or menu details, with up to two update hours per refresh. Bigger changes are priced by request through your designer.
Care+ is $59.99 per month, or $49.99 per month when billed annually. You get everything in Run+, plus the full capability suite, the section selector, and priority support.
The section selector lets you show or hide any section of your site any time, so seasonal changes and one-off promos don't need a designer email.
Grow is $179.99 per month, or $149.99 per month when billed annually. You get everything in Care+, plus monthly Google Business Profile management, review monitoring with drafted replies, and 30+ local citations set up in your first 90 days.
You also get a plain-English monthly traffic report so you can see what's working and what isn't, without needing to log into Google Analytics.
Run+ keeps your site online, secure, and easy to update yourself. Care+ adds the capability suite (bookings, dashboards, CRM Suite) and the section selector so you can shape the site without emailing a designer. Grow adds local marketing so more of the right people find you.

Yes, anytime. Email us and we'll move you up or down. Upgrades take effect right away, downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you never lose paid time.
Included in Care+ and Grow. It's a control in your owner dashboard that lets you show or hide any section of your site with one click. Running a summer special? Turn on the promo band. Slow month, don't want to advertise pricing? Hide the pricing section.
The site is still built by hand. The section selector just gives you a safe way to reshape it without waiting on us.
Included in Care+ and Grow. Add to Run+ for $14.99/mo. Every booking, purchase, and form submission becomes a customer record. Tag them, segment them, and send one-click campaigns from your dashboard. No separate CRM login, no extra bill.
The full CRM Suite adds automations for review requests, birthdays, re-book reminders, no-show follow-ups, and win-backs.
Free costs $0 and never asks for a credit card. Solo is $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Teams starts at $6.99 per month for up to five cards, with larger 15-, 30-, and 100-card tiers available.
Solo and Teams can be billed monthly or annually. The exact renewal amount and billing period are shown before checkout.
Yes. Cancel from the Plan & billing panel on the Your Cards page. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your paid features stay available through the end of the month or year you already paid for.
After that, the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted, but cards above the Free limit may be paused until you subscribe again.
When someone uses your Cards referral code and pays their first real Solo or Teams invoice, you each receive a $2.99 credit toward your next Plaza Cards invoice.
You can earn credits for up to nine new Cards customers during each signup-anniversary year. A refunded or disputed qualifying payment reverses its referral credit.
No. They are separate programs. A Plaza Sites referral gives each customer a $50 Sites account credit after the referred customer activates Run+, Care+, or Grow. A standalone Build does not activate it.
Plaza Cards uses the $2.99 credit described above. Credits from one program do not transfer to the other.
Yes. You own your domain, your content, and your site itself. We build it, we host it, but it belongs to you from day one.
You take everything with you. We hand over your site files, transfer your domain, and give you a straightforward guide for hosting it elsewhere or moving to another studio.
There are no exit fees and nothing to negotiate. It's your site, so leaving is straightforward.
We host it for you on fast, secure infrastructure as part of your plan. You never have to think about servers, uptime, or renewals. If you ever want to self-host instead, we'll help you move.
Yes. Every plan includes a basic editor for colors, text, photos, and services. Care+ and Grow add the section selector, which lets you show and hide entire sections of your site any time.
For bigger structural changes, email your designer and we'll make them for you. If you want deeper hands-on access, tell us and we'll talk through what's possible for your setup.
No multi-year contract is required. Monthly plans renew one month at a time. Annual plans are prepaid for one year, include a 30-day full-refund window, and can be cancelled before renewal. We will not charge a remaining multi-year balance unless a separate written order signed by both parties expressly creates one.

That's fine. We write your copy from scratch based on a short intake, and we can source photography and put together a simple logo if you don't have one yet. You don't need to arrive with anything polished.
