WordPress access

We need admin-level access to update plugins, themes, and content. Two ways to give it to us:

Easiest: create a new admin user with email [email protected] at yoursite.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=user-new. We'll set our own password from the invite email.

Custom site access

Tell us what you've got and how we should plug in. We'll figure it out together — just write naturally.

Where does your domain live?

Only matters if you might move hosting. If you're moving hosting from WordPress.com or a managed host, this still applies.

DNS access lets us point your domain at new hosting. If you're not sure, pick that — we'll explain when we get there.

Lock in your monthly rate.

The longer the term, the lower your monthly rate — locked for the whole time. You bill monthly either way. Cancel anytime; if you leave early, you'll just finish out the remaining months at the same locked rate. No penalty, no surprise fees.

Your price lock: $49/month for 12 months. We can't raise your rate during the term — and if you ever need to leave early, you'll just pay the remaining months at the same $49 rate. Locked rate for your full term.

  1. Today: We email you with your migration kickoff details and the exact invite/access steps for your platform.
  2. Day 2: Once we have access, we audit your site and snapshot the current state.
  3. Day 3-4: Hosting moves (if needed). Most platform-stay clients skip this.
  4. Day 5: Sign-off call (15 min). You confirm everything looks right; first invoice runs at your locked rate.
  5. Month 1: We hit the three priorities you listed. You text us anything else.
