Common questions

Quick answers before you sign up.

Do I have to move hosting?+
Only if you want to. On Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and Webflow you stay where you are — we just join as a contributor. On WordPress, we'll usually recommend moving to our managed host because it's faster and we can guarantee uptime. Either way, your call.
What if I use a platform you didn't list?+
We can almost always work with it. Static HTML, custom PHP, Ghost, Bubble, even old Joomla sites — pick "Other / custom" at sign-up and tell us what you've got. If we genuinely can't help, we'll refund your card before the first invoice.
What counts as "3 hours of changes"?+
Updating text, swapping photos, fixing typos, adding pages, changing hours, posting blog updates, tweaking layouts. Most months, clients use less than an hour. Major redesigns or new sections are billed separately at a discounted Care rate.
What if I need more than 3 hours?+
$60/hr for extra Care hours, billed at the end of the month. Or upgrade to Grow ($175/mo) which includes unlimited content + layout updates plus local SEO.
How fast do you respond?+
Same-day acknowledgment on weekdays. Most update requests are live within 24-48 hours. Site-down emergencies get attention within an hour, including weekends.
Can I cancel?+
Anytime. We'll hand off your site, your hosting, and your domain. No exit fees, no awkward calls, no penalty. Your stuff is your stuff.
