// Step 1 of 7 — Basics

Tell us about your business.

The essentials so we can reach you, find your site, and address invoices correctly.

The site you want us to take over. Include https:// if you can.
// Step 2 of 7 — Platform

What's your site built on?

Pick one. We'll show you exactly what kind of access we need based on your platform — no boilerplate.

WordPress
.org or .com
Squarespace
7.0 or 7.1
Wix
Editor or Studio
Shopify
Basic and up
Webflow
CMS or Business
Other / custom
Static, PHP, etc.

📝WordPress access

We need admin-level access to update plugins, themes, and content. Two ways to give it to us:

Easiest: create a new admin user with email support@plazasites.com at yoursite.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=user-new. We'll set our own password from the invite email.

Squarespace access

Squarespace works through contributor invites — no passwords ever change hands.

In your Squarespace dashboard, go to Settings → Permissions → Invite Contributor, send an Administrator invite to support@plazasites.com.

🟦Wix access

Wix uses collaborator invites — they keep their account, you keep yours.

Open your site in Wix → top-right menu → Roles & Permissions → Add Collaborator. Invite support@plazasites.com as Admin.

🛍️Shopify access

We need staff account access with Themes + Online Store permissions, at minimum.

Shopify admin → Settings → Users and permissions → Add staff. Invite support@plazasites.com with Themes, Online Store, and Apps permissions checked.

🌀Webflow access

Webflow uses workspace-level invites. We'll need at least Editor access; Designer access is better if available.

Webflow dashboard → Workspace settings → Members → Invite member. Send to support@plazasites.com with Designer or Editor role.

⚙️Custom site access

Tell us what you've got and how we should plug in. We'll figure it out together — just write naturally.

// Step 3 of 7 — Domain

Where does your domain live?

Only matters if you might move hosting. If you're staying on Squarespace/Wix/Shopify, you can skip the registrar question.

DNS access lets us point your domain at new hosting. If you're not sure, pick that — we'll explain when we get there.
// Step 4 of 7 — Brand

Got brand materials handy?

Everything optional — drop in what you have, skip what you don't. We'll work with whatever you've got.

Logo file URL
Brand colors
Photos / gallery
Brand voice notes
// Step 5 of 7 — Priorities

First three growth goals?

What do you most want Grow to push on first? More leads from search, more bookings, better local visibility — be specific.

// Step 6 of 7 — Local & analytics

Local visibility & tracking access.

Grow leans hard on Google Business Profile, Search Console, and GA4. Share what you have — we'll set up what you don't.

Search your business name on Google Maps and copy the URL. If you don't have a profile yet, leave blank — we'll create one.
If you have GBP access: add support@plazasites.com as a Manager in business.google.com → Users. Lets us post updates, respond to reviews, and edit your profile.
Find it at analytics.google.com → Admin → Property settings. If you don't have GA4 yet, leave blank — we'll install it.
Add support@plazasites.com as a user in search.google.com/search-console → Settings → Users.
// Step 7 of 7 — Save card

Save your card. $0 today.

We charge nothing right now. Once your site is migrated and you've signed off, we run the first $175 invoice. Cancel anytime before that — no questions asked.
