A two-doctor companion-animal clinic on the near east side, where exam rooms are quiet, visits are unhurried, and we give every patient a minute to settle before we touch them. Treats first. Always.
We're a companion-animal practice — we don't see livestock, exotics, or reptiles. If you have a chinchilla or a guinea pig, call us; we likely can help.
"Fear Free" isn't a sticker on the door — it's a protocol our whole staff is certified in. Here's what that actually means in the room.

Ice fishing season: please don't bring your dog onto Lake Monona's softening shelf ice this month. We've already seen two paw pad lacerations from broken ice and one near-hypothermia in the last fortnight. If your dog goes in, call us before you drive — we'll talk you through warming on the way over.
